Hello and welcome everyone. I'm Zeyad Salih, but you can just call me Ze for short. I live in Japan since 2020 and I am married to a wonderful japanese woman. I decided to stay in Japan after traveling throughout Europe and western Asia because of my work. My interests are cooking, reading, writing, gaming and Karate. My dream, since I was 10 years old, is to live in Japan and even now, 20 years later: nothing has changed about that. I came to Japan many times on vacation until I made my final decision to start a family in this country. It is worth it going through all the trouble of adjusting to life in Japan, even though it is definitely not easy. But it was worth it in my honest opinion. I wouldn't change a thing about that.

I remember very well how difficult it was to find an apartment or house in Japan. There are many challenges you have to face and many things to take note of. The japanese real estate system is very old-fashioned and complicated and you can get lost very easily. Be it due to the fact that you are not speaking japanese or due to a whole different system in your home-country. Whatever the reason may be, I'll be explaining to you everything you need to know to the best of my abilities and support you in whatever way I can to make sure that you are not running into any inconveniences. I can support you in either german, english, arabic/kurdis, dutch, spanish or japanese. The reason why I want to help especially foreigners? It's simple. It's because of the bad experiences I had when I was looking for an apartment. 90% of all the agencies were pure disappointment due to many reasons. So I decided to take matters into my own hand.
