レストラン・パソコンスクール・看板製作会社を経て色鉛筆画家になる。 その後コロナの影響と家族の勧めもあり、不動産業界へ。 元々、古民家（伝統工法の家）が好きだったことから古民家鑑定士を取得。 正社員として不動産会社の仲介営業をしている間に気づいた日本の不動産業界の閉鎖性・情報秘匿性・会社利益最優先の風潮に疑問を持ち退社。 個人エージェントとしてRE/MAXに所属。 伝統工法で建てられた古民家の保存・再建・利活用の促進のためにも適切な修繕の提案など良質なサービス提供をモットーに活動を始める。 古民家以外にも一般中古戸建・別荘の売買も手掛ける。 柴犬・保護猫のオーナー。

The recent surge in Kominka has attracted many people interested in them, but it's hard to find a real estate agent who is knowledgeable about Kominka. There are not many carpenters and builders who know about traditional construction methods, so it is difficult to know how to spot them. As a RE/MAX agent and Kominka appraiser, I can help customers to buy Kominka and also help customers who are looking for a good quality repair. Of course, I can also help with the sale or purchase of regular houses, holiday homes and income-generating properties other than Kominka. For overseas customers in particular, it can be even more difficult to set up a tax agent, transfer ownership of equipment, find information on the admin services, understand the rules and system of local residents' associations and other things that even Japanese people find complicated. If you need, I can also provide consultancy services including support for these matters.
