当事務所は東京都新宿区にあります。新宿には東京都庁舎もあり、新宿は東京の商業の中心地と言えます。当社はバイリンガルオフィスとしてグローバルに事業を展開しています。主な事業は不動産仲介業ですが、当社の事業範囲は日本国内のみならず、日本の投資家を惹きつけるための海外の物件にも及び、永住ビザの申請に役立てています。また、外国人投資家や起業家が日本で不動産に投資し、日本でビジネスを始めるのも支援しています。海外のRE/MAXオフィスと連携し、さらなるグローバル事業展開を目指していきたいと考えています。日本について何か興味のある方は、お気軽にお問い合わせください。 Our office is located in Shinjuku, Tokyo. There is also Tokyo metropolitan government building in Shinjuku, and it can be said that Shinjuku is the commercial center of Tokyo. Our company operates globally as a bilingual office. Although the main business is a property broker business, our business scope is not only in Japan but also extends to overseas properties for attracting Japanese investors, so as to help them to apply for permanent visas. We also help foreign investors and entrepreneurs invest in Real Estate in Japan and even starting their businesses in Japan. オーナーメッセージ

2004年に起業して以来、主に海外移住や留学をする日本人をサポートするための事業を営んできました。この2年間、新型コロナウイルスの影響で世界経済全体が落ち込んでいます。しかし、こうした減少傾向の中でも、着実に業績を伸ばしてまいりました。国内外の投資家と富裕層をつなぐアプローチに成功していると言えるでしょう。RE/MAXグループの一員となることで、海外RE/MAXオフィスとの関係を強化し、海外投資家に日本で収益物件を更に提示し、日本の富裕層による海外投資支援を強化していきたいと考えています。皆さんともっとつながりが持てることを楽しみにしています。 代表社員　大森健史 Since I have started my business in 2004, I have been carrying business mainly to support Japanese people who move abroad and study abroad. Over the past two years, the global economy as a whole has been depressed due to the impact of the new coronavirus. However, even in the midst of this down trend, we have steadily increased our business performance. It can be said that it has been successful in the approach of bridging investors and wealthy people in Japan and overseas. By becoming a member of RE/MAX Group, we would like to increase our ties with overseas RE/MAX Office and further present profitable properties in Japan to overseas investors and strengthen support for Overseas Investment by Japanese wealthy people.
