経歴
After completing her Bachelor of Law, Kyoko Nishiwaki held positions at UBS Securities Japan and Nikko Solomon Smith Barney Securities (now Citigroup Securities), where she provided excellent service in financial trading and investment banking operations, and involved in real estate investment trust operations as part of the Real Estate Team. She then furthered her legal studies at Omiya Law School in Japan and subsequently at the Beasley School of Law, Temple University. During my time living in the U.S. with my family, the warm support I received from local professionals, including real estate agents, inspired me to help foreigners relocating to or investing in Japan. Born and raised in Tokyo, with a few years spent abroad, I have an in-depth understanding of the city and its diverse neighborhoods. As a mother of three, I am familiar with both Japanese and international education systems, allowing me to provide thoughtful, family-friendly housing recommendations tailored to your needs. My professional background spans global investment banking(the Japanese equity market and securitization of real estate,) and corporate and immigration law firms. In addition, I have personally invested in and managed properties, giving me firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities in Japan’s real estate market.
