経歴
I am an American with 26 years of living experience in Japan and 4 years living in Thailand. Since I am 56 years old and I have lived 30 years overseas, I have been living outside of America longer than I have lived in America. So, I am probably not your typical American. While living in Japan, I have had the opportunity to travel around the world for work purposes, supporting Japanese organizations with sales, business development, communication, networking, etc. I have been fortunate to have met many wonderful people and have had many wonderful experiences. My involvement with Real Estate started several years ago when I was working as a Relocation Agent for Toyota, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, American and Canadian Consulate (Nagoya), and many other overseas firms. So when Mr. Junichi Koike, a long-term friend of mine for over 23 years, approached me about RE/MAX, I was very excited to join resources and work with him again. On a personal note, I grew up on the beach as a surfer in San Diego (SoCal) in the late '60s and early '70s. In 1976 I moved to Utah, started high school, and started skiing, which became the love of my life. As I get older, I still enjoy skiing but my focus is now on golf. It is my passion and my connection to my father who passed away young, several years ago. My last experience with my father was golfing and 10 years after his passing I was able to manage the same course we played in northern Utah. If you are a golfer and want to play, please let me know, and let's arrange a tee time!

Although I have some experience in Real Estate, I am far from a confident professional in this area, but I have a support network backing me up. This support network of RE/MAX and Home 88 Homes, with over 80 years of combined experience, is all I need to be able to offer top-notch professional, friendly, caring service to all of our clients and fellow Agents. I feel myself as a Real Estate Agent, trying to make a commission off a sale or a purchase. I see my self as a Real Estate Cupid. Finding and connecting the right buyer with the right seller and the right property, making the introduction, managing the courting process, arranging the wedding, and providing a positive and happy experience for all parties involved.
