大阪芸術大学卒業後、内装・家具設計を経て一級建築士としてリフォームや特定建築物の定期調査、既存住宅状況調査、マンションの長期修繕計画書の作成業務に従事。 現在は不動産エージェントとして、建築の専門性と三児の母としての実生活の知恵を強みにサポート。 小学校受験の経験もあるため、子育て家庭の住まい選びをリアルな視点でアドバイスできます。 After graduating from Osaka University of Arts, I worked in interior and furniture design before becoming a First Grade Licensed Architect. My professional experience includes renovations, statutory inspections of existing buildings, home condition surveys, and creating long-term repair and maintenance plans for condominium buildings. Today, as a Real Estate Agent, I support my clients by combining solid architectural expertise with the practical insight that comes from raising three children. Having personally navigated Japan’s private elementary school entrance process, I also offer families realistic and helpful guidance when choosing a home that aligns with their lifestyle and educational needs.

With professional experience in both renovation and long-term building maintenance planning, I provide insight into aspects of Japanese properties that are often difficult for newcomers to understand— from the condition of the building to future repair costs and management quality. Many clients tell me they worry about choosing a home in Japan because: • building information is hard to interpret, • renovation rules vary from country to country, • and school environments and neighborhoods are unfamiliar. My role is to make all of this clear and approachable. I explain: • whether the building is well maintained, • whether repair funds are sufficient, • what to expect in the next 10–20 years, • and whether the property truly fits your family’s lifestyle. As a parent who has navigated the Japanese elementary school application process myself, I also help families understand how housing choices, commute patterns, lifestyle routines, and education environments are closely connected in Japan. I share practical, real-life insights— including the mistakes I made and what I wish I had known— so that international families can settle into Tokyo with confidence and peace of mind.
