大学卒業後、大手メーカーの不動産部門で10年にわたり寮社宅管理や仲介業務を経験し、不動産に関する知識と経験を養いました。 その後、不動産投資事業を営む家業を15年勤めたのち、大手建築会社にて主に富裕層向けの資産継承コンサルタントとして建築営業を担当しました。 顧客様との信頼関係をモットーに、心の通った営業と、常に安全でスムースなお取り引きを心掛けています。 実務面でのスキルと知識をもとに、大型商業案件から個人の住宅ニーズまで幅広く対応できる不動産エージェントを目指し、活動してまいります。 After graduating from university, I gained real estate knowledge and experience through 10 years of experience in the real estate division of a major manufacturer, managing company dormitories and housing and as a broker. After that, I worked for 15 years in my family's real estate investment business, and then worked in construction sales as an asset inheritance consultant for a major construction company, primarily targeting wealthy individuals. Building trusting relationships with my clients is my motto, and I strive to conduct cordial sales and ensure safe and smooth transactions at all times. Using my practical skills and knowledge, I aim to become a real estate agent who can handle a wide range of needs, from large-scale commercial projects to individual housing needs.
