はじめまして。 東北は福島県福島市の出身、福島県・宮城県育ちの片平隆と申します。 関西の大学に在学していた時はほぼ観光気分で過ごし、福島県に戻ってからは金融機関職員や警察官として勤め退職しました。 最近になり一念発起して宅地建物取引士試験に挑戦し、縁あって関東に移住して現在に至っております。 Nice to meet you. My name is Takashi Katahira. I am originally from Fukushima City, Fukushima Prefecture, and grew up in both Fukushima and Miyagi Prefectures. During my university years in the Kansai region, I spent my time largely as if I were a tourist; after returning to Fukushima, I worked as a financial institution employee and a police officer before eventually leaving those roles. More recently, I resolved to take on the challenge of the Real Estate Transaction Agent examination; through a stroke of good fortune, I relocated to the Kanto region, where I currently reside.

・実務経験もなく、そもそも関東地方の地理にも明るくない、そんな私ですが、なんとか不動産業で身 　を立てようと右往左往、暗中模索し、一喜一憂、試行錯誤を繰り返しております。 ・不動産については思い入れがあります。 　宮城県北部の農村地帯に、古家を所有し貸しております。 　所有する時の経緯や空き家にする時の苦悩、あるいは貸し出す際の喜びなど、いろいろな経験をして 　います。 　特に、空き家を貸し出す際、「負」動産が、「浮」動産にならずに、「不」動産になったと実感したことを覚えています。 　さらに「不」動産を「富」動産にしていけたらいいな、と。 　そこでの経験が、不動産業を目指してみようと思い立った動機でもあります。 　 ・東日本大震災発災時、福島県に居住しており、周囲の方々の人生に大きな影響を与えたことを目の当たり　　　にしました。 　また、自身の人生を考えさせられる、大きな契機ともなりました。 ・移動手段は、鉄道と自転車、それに徒歩です。 　歩くと「まち」の息づかいが感じられ、努めて歩くことにしています。 　「あれっ、このお店、長いこと閉まっているな。」「政党のポスターが増えたな。」など、ちょっとし 　た変化に気づくことを大切にしています。 ・I have no prior practical experience in the field, nor am I particularly familiar with the geography of the Kanto region. Nevertheless, I am striving to build a career in the real estate industry— a journey marked by stumbling attempts, uncertainty, emotional ups and downs, and constant trial and error. ・I have a deep personal connection to real estate. I own and rent out an old house in a rural area of ​​northern Miyagi Prefecture. I have gained a variety of experiences along the way—from the circumstances of acquiring the property and the anguish of having it sit vacant, to the joy of finally renting it out. I particularly recall the moment I realized that, when renting out that vacant house, the property had shifted from being a "negative asset" (*fu-dousan*) to a true "immovable asset" (*fu-dousan*) —a tangible, solid holding—rather than an "active asset" (*fu-dousan*) that generates fluid capital. I also harbor the hope of transforming this "immovable asset" into a "wealth-generating asset" (*fu- dousan*). These experiences were the very motivation behind my decision to pursue a career in the real estate industry. ・I was living in Fukushima Prefecture when the Great East Japan Earthquake struck, and I witnessed firsthand the profound impact the disaster had on the lives of those around me. It also served as a major turning point that prompted me to reflect deeply on my own life. ・My primary modes of transportation are trains, bicycles, and walking. I make a conscious effort to walk because it allows me to feel the pulse of the town. I value noticing subtle changes—such as realizing, "Huh, that shop has been closed for a long time," or "There seem to be more political party posters up lately."
