少し前の話ですが、RE/MAX Revoのコマーシャルチーム始動に合わせ、専用の名刺を作りました。
写真上の白い名刺がRE/MAXの通常版、下の黒い名刺が今回新たに作成したコマーシャル用の特別な名刺です。
手元に届いて以来、多くのお客様、PM会社様、デベロッパー様とお名刺交換をさせていただきましたが、シックで重厚な印象を持っていただけるこちらの名刺は非常に好評です。
A while ago, we created a special business card to coincide with the launch of RE/MAX Revo's commercial team.
The white business card on the photo is the regular version of RE/MAX, and the black business card below is a special business card newly created for commercial use.

コロナ渦で落ち込んだオフィス需要の回復や、熊本エリアの半導体関連産業の土地需要等、今後も様々な動きが予想されます。
九州最大都市、福岡の中心部である博多エリアにオフィスを構える我々Revoとして、それらの需要に対応するチームです。

A commercial team that handles commercial real estate was recently launched at Revo.
Various developments are expected in the future, including a recovery in demand for offices, which fell due to the coronavirus pandemic, and land demand for semiconductor-related industries in the Kumamoto area.
As Revo, we have an office in the Hakata area, the center of Fukuoka, the largest city in Kyushu, and we are a team that responds to these demands.
We would like to collaborate not only with everyone involved in RE/MAX in Japan, but also with RE/MAX members around the world.

【新NISA制度を活用した資産形成セミナー】 を受けまして、制度への理解が深まったとともに、自身の投資内容の見直しの必要性を強く感じました。
プロ目線のお勧め銘柄等も教えていただき、これからの資産形成の道が見えた気がします。
セミナー後は、最近引き合いが多い、博多駅前エリア賃貸オフィス物件の調査で新築オフィスビルを見てきましたが、建物、立地を含めた環境が良いので、気に入っていただけそうです。
その足で、博多駅前で開催されているクリスマスマーケットに足を運び、活気のある中で立派なツリーを見ながら歌を聴き、良い時間を過ごせました。
皆様も新NISA制度、いまいちど確認されることをお勧めいたします。
12/25 is by Agent Oikawa, who is also a FP (financial planner) and belongs to RE/MAX Revo. After receiving the [Asset Formation Seminar Utilizing the New NISA System], I gained a deeper understanding of the system and felt a strong need to review my own investments.
He also told me about recommended stocks from a professional perspective, and I feel like I have found a path to future asset building.
After the seminar, I looked at a newly built office building while researching office properties for rent in the Hakata Station area, which has been receiving a lot of inquiries recently, and I think people will like it because it has a good environment, including the building and location.
With that in mind, I went to the Christmas market held in front of Hakata Station, and had a great time listening to songs while looking at the beautiful trees in the lively atmosphere.
We recommend that everyone take a look at the new NISA system.
