Before joining RE/MAX INTERFACE, she worked in the advertising agency for more than 15 years where she embraced a dynamic, multicultural environment and helped her grow as an open-minded, effective communicator. Drawing on the skills and English ability she has developed throughout her career, she became a real estate agent for foreign residents. Her key strengths include an in-depth knowledge of the Tokyo market, where she was born and raised, as well as the Yokohama and Kanagawa areas where she currently lives. In addition, as an experienced real estate investor, she possesses a strong understanding of investment property analysis and acquisition, enabling her to provide clients with valuable insights on selecting income-generating real estate assets. Besides her love of real estate, she is a passionate traveler, a fun skier, and usually hits the road for a fun drive on weekends. Her motto is “ichigo ichie,” which means treasuring each encounter as something that happens only once in a lifetime. She places great value on the connections and relationships she builds with people. Finding a good property is also very much an ichigo ichie moment. I first became interested in real estate after watching my mother, who is an owner of a rental property, and naturally developed an interest in the area. Today, I manage several apartment units that I’ve purchased myself, and when it comes to rental properties, the most important factor is location. The reason is simple: it directly affects tenant demand, the stability of rental income, and the property’s long-term asset value. While location significantly impacts a property value, buying your own home involves many more factors such as size, layout, lifestyle, community, comfort, commute, sunlight etc. Since these preferences vary from person to person, residential property is complex but fascinating!
