自己紹介
静岡県静岡市出身。アメリカのコロラド州に11年子育てをしながら住んでいました。不動産に興味を持ち始めたのは、アメリカでマイホームを購入する際に、色々なモデルハウスを見てまわったことがきっかけです。 海外での生活経験を活かし、日本のお客様だけでなく、海外からのお客様にも安心してお任せいただけるご案内を心がけています。 アメリカでの住宅購入を通して学んだのは、「家選びは暮らす人の人生そのものに深く関わる」ということ。 その気づきが、今の仕事への大きな情熱につながっています。 帰国後は沖縄で不動産の仕事に携わり、多くのお客様の「理想の住まい探し」のお手伝いをさせていただきました。 ご案内の際には、「お客様のお話を丁寧に聞くこと」「疑問点を一つずつ分かりやすく説明すること」「将来を見据えて安心して選べる物件かどうかを一緒に考えること」を大切にしています。 これからも、お客様一人ひとりの想いに寄り添い、安心して任せていただける存在であり続けられるよう努めてまいります。 よろしくお願いいたします。 I am originally from Shizuoka City, Shizuoka Prefecture, and spent 11 years living in Colorado, USA, while raising my children. My interest in real estate began when I visited many different model homes while searching for my own home in America. Drawing on my experience living abroad, I strive to provide guidance that makes not only domestic clients but also clients from overseas feel comfortable and well-supported throughout the entire process. Through my own home-buying experience in the United States, I learned that choosing a home deeply influences one’s life. This realization became the foundation of my strong passion for real estate today. After returning to Japan, I began working in real estate in Okinawa and have been fortunate to help many clients find their ideal homes. When assisting clients, I place great importance on: • Listening carefully to understand their needs • Explaining every detail clearly and thoroughly • Considering together whether a property is a secure and future-minded choice I will continue to value each client’s unique hopes and needs, and strive to remain someone you can feel confident entrusting with such an important decision.
